This is pretty random. I was just out running an errand and the DJ on the radio was talking about this website. It covers shows that "jump the shark." The history of the phrase refers back to the Happy Days episode where the whole gang is out in LA and the Fonz jumps a shark tank (in his leather jacket) while water skiing or something. It's basically a signal that the show is on it's way down and the creative team is pulling out things that should never be pulled out. Shows that have never "jumped the shark"?
